SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE INN OR GUEST ROOMS !

RESERVATIONS

A valid Credit Card with current expiration date is required for all Reservations. Your Reservation is guaranteed for arrival on the confirmed check-in date only.

DEPOSIT

When a Reservation is made, we will charge your Credit Card a Deposit equal to
25% of the total Room charges for you stay...plus 12% Accommodations Tax &
Gratuity.

CANCELLATIONS OR NO SHOWS

If you do not check into the hotel on the first day of your Reservation and you do not contact the Inn at 843.485.4324 at least 48 hours in advance, the remaining portion of your reservation is canceled and your credit card will be charged for the first night's stay including Taxes & Gratuity.

CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS

Please note that a change in length of stay or Dates of your reservation may result in a rate change. All Reservation Changes or Cancellations must be made at least 48 Hours before your original Check in Date. You must contact the Inn directly at 843.485.4324 and we will provide you with a Reservation Change Number.

CHECK IN

South Carolina Law requires positive ID and we require a Valid Credit Card at Check In
